To come to Kota Kinabalu, you have to take flight from either Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, Johor Bahru, the southern peninsular airport, Changi, Singapore, Manila and Clark from the Philippines. There are few flight from Hong Kong and Brunei.

Swimming from the peninsular or Southern Philippines are not an options!
